About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven Medical Affairs Manager to build and scale global medical partnerships. This role will own collaborations with international universities and medical associations, driving endorsements, MoUs, and high-impact academic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive international partnerships with universities, associations, and healthcare bodies.
- Lead end-to-end MoU and endorsement deals - from outreach to closure.
- Build co-branded programs, certifications, and academic collaborations.
- Ensure medical accuracy, quality, and compliance across all initiatives.
- Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to scale programs.
- Represent the organization in global meetings, webinars, and conferences.
- Track impact, optimize partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes.
Education & Skills:
- MBBS (mandatory)
- MD preferred in: Pharmacology / Pathology / General Medicine / Internal Medicine
- 3–4 years in Medical Affairs / Healthcare Partnerships / Clinical Strategy
- Proven experience in international tie-ups, MoUs, or institutional collaborations
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Additional Skills: (Preference)
- Experience in CME/CPD, digital health, or ed-tech platforms
- Exposure to global medical ecosystems and accreditation systems
- Existing network with international institutions or KOLs
